Hey Dear!

        It has been proven that no effort about an activity leaves the individual the same way it met him, Science said energy can’t be created nor can it be destroyed rather it is been transferred and absorbed in and from one form to the other.

         I still don’t get it why a man is called a failure or sees himself as one, I think he should be called low experienced. Why! You may ask.

The effort about an activity or total energy about an effort is summed up to a simple word experience, I Oohzilmartini say “experience can’t be created nor can it be destroyed but can be transformed into forms and transferred from one person to the other via communication, education task and community”. So why call a man a failure when you don’t move and work in his trend or are you working with the same tools and from the same location.                                                                 

         Most are blind to this fact that they don’t see such a person as an open door for business, relating with such a person is an opportunity to repeat a particular trend to become more experienced. I stand corrected people don’t fail a test they only did not meet up the terms and condition of the test, the outcome of a test is a check on how much experience you ‘ve got and your ability to meet up with certain term and conditions, this does not me a test should not be carried out to attain a goal, to this end test most times are streamed to schools, companies, labor and more, so risk can be named and easily managed. you can grade a test  and rate performances to achieve your desired class, but the true outcome of the result is best rated and accepted by the one who took the test because he or she alone knows how much difference it takes to accomplish such a test at that time, that location, that condition and more as compared to the test required standard.. Remember it is impossible for all who took the test to have written in the same condition we can only have a close matched condition as identical twins even have their difference naturally and also in accomplishing a task,. Only individuals who took the test can truthfully judge their performance.

         That’s how it is , these critics seem not to understand that we are all on earth where there is an unsure tomorrow poised by change in standards, trend, class, education, government, techniques, and lots more. At the slightest change of these conditions you might be working in the trend of the man you once called a failure, if the world changes to his trend as the new course … the new profit and the new must do. Like alcohol against petrol, or cheese, butter, margarine, fat and oil or analog and digital etc. if that were the case where will your trend be. I guess struggling to have a place in the new today.

          Where there is low experience is an open door to invest, motivate, educate, as it shows that sector need some help. Funny sells how much more a man who people made fun of, rises to a task and accomplish it best that anyone who ever did…now that’s bestseller and that´s history that will ever stand best compared to funny. Welcome to the new world.

Conscience: this is God on earth listen to it and keeps it happy at all times God is good so should your conscience.
